Please complete the form below to dispute a lab print charge that has affected your account. Disputes may be filed for problems that occurred during the printing process, such as the printer jamming or acting abnormallly, resulting in your print job not being processed correctly.

Disputes may NOT be filed for printing the wrong document or file or if an error occurred that did NOT result in your account being charged for the pages printed.

Your charge dispute will be reviewed within two (2) business days and your account will be credited if your dispute is approved.

You will receive an e-mail message confirming the results of your dispute.
