Shippensburg University Foundation Scholarships
These academic awards were established through contributions from alumni, friends, corporations, and associates of the Shippensburg University Foundation, a not-for-profit organization incorporated in 1977 to support the university's programs and services.

Raider Success Scholarship: Beginning Fall 2018 all applicants to Shippensburg University with a combined SAT score of 1200 or higher OR a combined ACT score of 25 or higher AND a GPA of 3.5 or higher will receive our Raider Success Scholarship worth $8,000 over your four years at Ship. This $2,000 annual scholarship is renewable for your four years of full-time undergraduate study as long as you maintain the required minimum grade point average of 2.5 GPA if you have fewer than 30 credits and 2.8 if you have more than 30 credits.

If you are an outstanding student-athlete, your coach may recommend you for an athletic grant-in-aid, which is processed through the Financial Aid Office. The amount of funds varies from sport to sport.
- Men and women's sports include basketball, cross-country, soccer, swimming, and track and field.
- Women-only sports include field hockey, lacrosse, softball, tennis, and volleyball.
- Men-only sports include football, wrestling, and baseball.

The Tuition Advantage discount will not appear as a source of financial assistance on your aid award. Instead, it will be reflected as a lower tuition charge on your bill.
