PROFILE:
Dr. Brasher has recently competed a second report for the Center for Rural Pennsylvania on the impact of TANF on rural families. During Summer semesters, he also conducts class trips to Europe. Classes on these tours often include visits to and lectures provided by staff members at European Union and NATO. Different groups have gone to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, the United KIngdom and Czech Republic.
