www.ship.edu, clubs.ship.edu and ssi.ship.edu pages are maintained in a content management system. Users are assigned permissions to specific areas of these sites.
Personal Webpages
Webspace.ship.edu is the web server where Shippensburg University Faculty & Staff may create personal websites. The web server platform is Microsoft Internet Information Server.
Faculty and staff who are creating personal websites have the ability to save their website files directly to a folder on their on-campus workstations, through a web browser, and via FTP. Directions for uploading files are at http://webspace.ship.edu/
Directions for drag and drop are at http://webspace.ship.edu/.
You may then use any method you prefer to create your pages. Instructional Design and Development Services offers training to create and maintain webspace web pages.
