PDF files have been a convenient way to deliver print documents online, but they remain a challenge to make accessible. For these reasons, we continue to recommend to avoid or minimize using PDF files as a sole source of online information. It is easiest and best to create accessible html content. Videos should be produced and delivered in ways that all viewer can access them. All videos should include captions, a transcript, and/or audio descriptions.
YouTube uses speech recognition technology to automatically create captions for your videos. You can use this automatic captioning for initial creation, but should review and edit the captioning for accuracy and clarity.
