For application of this policy, "in good academic standing" will include any student who was enrolled in the Spring 09 semester and is eligible to enroll in a class on the date of accessing the building.

Sunday May 3 - Sunday May 10:
Individuals presenting valid SU ID from Spring 09 enrollment will be admitted at no charge.

Monday May 11 - Sunday June 7:

Students registered for term 3 are admitted based upon payment of ShipRec fee included in their bill.

Monday June 8 - Sunday July 12:

Monday July 13 - Thursday August 13:

Students registered for term 5 are admitted based upon payment of ShipRec fee included in their bill.

Friday August 14 - Wednesday August 26:

*Students enrolled in on-line classes are not billed for ShipRec access. They are eligible to buy a student membership as defined below.

*UG students with summer internships pay a ShipRec fee in some cases. Since this fee application may not apply to all interns, it is necessary for ShipRec administration to review the interns on an individual basis.

*ShipRec staff will confiscate any SU ID used in a fraudulent attempt to access the facility. Any individual involved in fraudulent use risks loss of access without refund.

*UG students in good academic standing may purchase a ShipRec summer membership, May 11-August 13 for $98. Those wishing to purchase access to portions of the summer period may do so. The punch card option is also available
