Aaron Kolaric

Hi! My name is Aaron Kolaric, and I am a mathematics major with a data science minor from Harrisburg, PA. I love being involved with the school! I knew in my heart in tenth grade when I attended the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Conference at Shippensburg University that it would eventually become my future home and, as soon as I learned about the Wood Honors College, I knew I wanted to become a member! Being a part of the Honors Living Learning Community (LLC) has been one of the best decisions I have made as I have met friends who have become like family to me. Outside of Honors Ambassadors, I am a member of Student Ambassadors, Student Groups Association, and the honors fraternity, Phi Sigma Pi, and have recently applied to become an Honors Mentor. When not in class, studying, or attending club meetings and activities, I love spending time with friends, going to the gym, and playing soccer. During the summer, you can find me coaching at my gymnastics gym! I was a competitive gymnast for 11 years having participated in the sport for 16 years beginning at the age of two. I also played soccer at both the club and high school levels for 14 years. And, I enjoy doing Spartan races!
