Checking for Holds

Various offices across campus, such as Admissions, Health Center, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Public Safety, Library, and Academic Advising, can place a hold on your records if there are issues that you need to clear. Some common reasons that holds are placed may be missing transcripts, missing health forms or immunizations, unpaid fees, or not contacting your academic advisor. You will not be able to schedule online if you have any holds; therefore, you must resolve any issues prior to your scheduling appointment. It may take a few days to resolve some issues, so do not put it off until the last minute.

To check to see if you have any holds, log into the Student Information System. Any holds will be identified when you log into your account. If you do have a hold, the appropriate office must clear your hold.

Remember, you cannot schedule until all holds are removed by the appropriate office.
