DR. CHARLES PATTERSON
"Throughout my career, I have been a champion of human rights, a stalwart supporter of equal opportunity to education, and a bulwark against all forms of discrimination. My door is always open to discuss new ways each of us in the community can hold each other accountable for creating a sense of belonging and inclusion on campus and beyond. Please explore the Office of Equity, Inclusion, and Compliance webpage and links for resources and information on how we can continue to grow, together, as "One Campus, Many Cultures."

By maintaining a university culture that encourages participation and inclusion, we can grow and learn from one another. We are committed to the recruitment and retention of a broad, inclusive campus community that represents a diverse range of interests, abilities, talents and cultures. We offer activities, support organizations and provide resources that empower all members of the campus community. A calendar of diversity events is available at the bottom of this page.
