PASSHE Program Initiation & Changes

For certain program and policy proposals, approval from (or at least notification to) the chancellor's office is required. The UCC can advise sponsors on these, but the sponsor is responsible to submit any relevant forms to PASSHE and see them through the process before the program can be initiated, even if the program is approved through the Shippensburg UCC, Forum, and President.
