ShipVotes

ShipVotes is a non-partisan coalition of students, faculty, staff, and administrators at Shippensburg University. We work to maximize electoral participation among Shippensburg University students, and more broadly to boost active democratic engagement through civic education. 

To this end we employ a variety of tactics, including holding registration events, on-campus visibility efforts, social media campaigns, art competitions, and student-to-student organizing.  We welcome the energy, ideas, creativity, and voices of any and all members of the Shippensburg University community in helping us reach our goal.

Pennsylvania

• Primary Election Day: Tuesday, May 19, 2026
• Voter Registration Deadline: May 4, 2026
• Last day to request mail-in ballot: May 12, 2026

Maryland

• Primary Election Day: June 23, 2026

• Voter Registration Deadline: June 2, 2026

• Early Voting Period: 7am on June 11, 2026 until 8pm on June 18, 2026
