Request Transcripts
Shippensburg University has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders over the Internet. This option allows you to submit transcript requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Archived commencement videos are available for viewing and downloading.
ShipRec Facility Use and Group Fitness Classes
Membership options are available for alumni to use the ShipRec facilities, including group fitness classes, and the Heiges Field House pool. Semester memberships, punch card, and $5/visits are available.
Alumni Career Services
Services provided by the Career Center are available to alumni. Resources on their website and attendance at job fairs are always available to assist you in your career development. Additionally, in-person services (resume review, career counseling, mock interview) are offered to you by appointment.
Alumni Library Cards
As a service to University Alumni who are area residents, Lehman Library offers borrowing privileges through an Alumni Card. Applicants must have an undergraduate or graduate degree from Shippensburg University and must present identification in the form of a valid driver's license. There is no fee. Alumni Cards expire one year from the date of application. Review the Library Card Policy for Alumni and complete an application. Take completed applications to Lehman Library for processing or email the application to alumni@ship.edu.
Alumni Event Refund Policy
The Office of Alumni Relations reserves the right to refuse partial or full refund to any event participant based on the circumstances of the event cancellation.
Cancellation of an event by Alumni Relations: The Office of Alumni Relations reserves the right to cancel any event or any associated function. In the event of such a cancellation, Alumni Relations will refund monies for the event to the event participant. Alumni Relations expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever arising as a result of such cancellation and will not, for example, be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. In the event of cancellation, Alumni Relations will use reasonable endeavors to alert those who have booked to attend an event or purchased tickets.
Cancellation by event participant: The Office of Alumni Relations will offer a full refund for participants when/if there is no cost incurred by the Alumni Relations Office and the event participant has notified Alumni Relations of said cancellation prior to the event. The Alumni Relations Office will not issue a refund when/if advanced payment has been made based upon a confirmed number of guests.
