Shippensburg University offers two of the finest event locations in the region for your social events and receptions. Both are unique in size, yet consistent in quality, service and catering options. Choose from the Tuscarora Room (Reisner Dining) for larger events up to 400 or the Conference Center Reception Area for groups up to 125.  The Conference Center at Shippensburg University is an inviting and charming space. It is ideal for your next special event or reception, and can accommodate up to 125 guests. Additionally, there is a beautiful courtyard, which features a pavilion and gardens where your guests can dance the night away. Our on-site catering service offers a wide variety of different menu options, which makes it easy to please everyone. AV equipment and ample free parking are also available. If you are looking for an elegant location with affordable prices, the Conference Center at Shippensburg University is perfect for your event. The Tuscarora Room, located in Reisner Dining Hall, is ideal for bigger events and can accommodate up to 400 guests. This large reception area has an abundance of space for your special event. Ample free parking is available. AV equipment is also available, so you may choose to show guests your own personal slide show. Our catering department has a wide array of menu options to choose from that will satisfy everyone’s palate and is ideal for your next large event.
