Reports

NSSE Results: Reports and information on NSSE results for Shippensburg university going back a number of years. Reports include highlights of the survey results as well as engagement indicators and high-impact practices.

NEW! SU Assessment Guidebook: The Assessment Guidebook is a comprehensive document that has terminology definitions, step-by-step instructions on how to create an assessment plan, a timeline of assessment due dates and activities, roles/responsibilities, and more.
Program Review Handbook: The program review handbook outlines the six-step review process of university programs at Shippensburg as well as the benefits and timeline of the review process. The handbook also contains information about the differences between Academic and Administrative program reviews.

The National Survey of Student Engagement

The National Survey of Student Engagement annually collects information at hundreds of four-year colleges and universities about first-year and senior students' participation in programs and activities that institutions provide for their learning and personal development. The results provide an estimate of how undergraduates spend their time and what they gain from attending college. Common Data Set

The Common Data Set (CDS) initiative is a collaborative effort among data providers in the higher education community and publishers as represented by the College Board, Peterson's, and U.S. News & World Report. The combined goal of this collaboration is to improve the quality and accuracy of information provided to all involved in a student's transition into higher education, as well as to reduce the reporting burden on data providers.

The Association For Institutional Research (AIR) is a global association that empowers higher education professionals at all levels to utilize data, analytics, information, and evidence to make decisions and take actions that benefit students and institutions and improve higher education.

North East Association for Institutional Research

The North East Association for Institutional Research (NEAIR) is an individual membership driven organization that promotes institutional effectiveness in postsecondary education through excellence in the field of institutional research. As such, NEAIR focuses on facilitating the professional development of its members while promoting best practice and ensuring integrity in institutional research.
