 Guruprasad P. Bandekar

Mr. Bandekar is the Vice President, Global Engineering, Product Development and
Management.  Mr. Bandekar has responsibility for all aspects of global engineering, product
development and management areas. Most recently, Mr. Bandekar served as Vice President, Global
Procurement and Supply Chain at JLG industries, and Vice President, Engineering for McNeilus.

Prior to joining Oshkosh’s team, Mr. Bandekar worked at Boston Scientific Corporation, a
leading medical device company in various engineering and finance roles.

Mr. Bandekar received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from B.A. Technological University in India, a master’s degree in Industrial and Mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
