Purpose and Objectives
The purpose of the Cumberland County Food System Alliance is to support a sustainable local food system that promotes economic vitality, increases food security, promotes wellness and advances community resilience in Cumberland County.

Administrative Support
The Cumberland County Food System Alliance is currently supported by two organizations in Carlisle and Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Administrative support is provided by the Center for Land Use and Sustainability, while Foundational support is provided by the Partnership for Better Health.
