Incoming Students
Incoming First year and Transfer Students will arrive on Thursday, August 21, 2025

Move-in times for incoming students:

• McCune Hall
  Terrace and Floor 1: 8a.m. - 9a.m.     
  Floor 2: 9 a.m. – 10a.m.
  Floor 3: 10a.m. – 11a.m
  Floor 4: 11a.m. – 12p.m.

• Kieffer Hall
  Terrace and Floor 1: 12p.m. – 1p.m.     
  Floor 2: 1p.m. – 2p.m.
  Floor 3: 2p.m. – 3p.m
  Floor 4: 3p.m. – 4p.m.

• Harley Hall
  All floors Noon-4 p.m.
• Lackhove Hall
  All floors 8 a.m. - noon
  
  
• McLean, Naugle, and Seavers Halls
  All Floors 8 a.m. - noon

Returning Students
Arrive on Saturday, August 23, 2025 9 AM - 4 PM
Arrive on Sunday, August 24, 2025 9 AM - 4 PM

Mowrey Hall Graduate Students

Early Arrivals - Saturday, August 16th 10AM-12PM, Mowrey Hall
General Arrival - Saturday, August 23rd 10AM - 12PM, Mowrey Hall

Arrival Dates and Check-In Times

Please note: Dates and times are subject to change.

When You Arrive (These guidelines are subject to change.)

• Pull your vehicle into a designated unloading zone near your hall.
• Unload your belongings at the curb and have someone move your vehicle to a nearby lot.
• Orientation personnel will be available to assist moving your belongings into the building.
• Report to the check-in location in your hall's lobby.
• Receive your keys, Room Condition Report, and other check-in materials.
