Outreach Programming & Presentations
In addition to working directly with students, we offer education programs of general interest to the university community. UCC professionals present programs exploring issues such as stress management, anxiety and test taking, dealing with diversity, adjustment to college, wellness issues, creating healthy relationships, building self-esteem, body image and eating disorders, personality assessment, ACOA issues, anger management, coping through grief and loss, understanding depression, or other topics as requested.
We can also design specific workshops for your group based on your group needs and interests. If you are interested in workshop services or in-class presentations, call 717-477-1481 for more details. We do request advance notice of at least 2 weeks prior to the date that you would like us to present. While we cannot guarantee that all workshop requests can be met, we will make every effort to do so.

Mindfulness Meditation via Zoom
Mindfulness Meditation is a form in which distracting thoughts and feelings are not ignored but instead acknowledged and observed non-judgmentally as they arise in order to detach from them and gain insight and awareness
