Meal Plans
Fall 2025 and Spring 2026
Ship offers a variety of meal plan options to meet your needs. All meal plans include Flex Dollars per semester. Flex Dollars may be used at any dining location on campus.
Online meal plan selection for a semester will be available when the billing has occurred for that semester. All students residing on campus that have not previously had a meal plan will be assigned a 14 Meal Plan with $300 Flex. Students (on or off campus, including graduate students) who have had a meal plan for the previous semester will automatically be assigned the same meal plan for the next semester.
You may change your meal plan online from the time billing has occurred for that semester through the Sunday before the start of the semester. After the semester begins, you can only make changes to your meal plan by contacting the Student Accounts Office. You can add or increase your meal plan any time during the semester. You are only permitted to remove, if eligible, or decrease your meal plan through the 2nd week of the semester.

Ship Flex Plan
This option provides $100 Flex Dollars per semester and does not include additional Flex Dollars like the plans listed above. You can open an account with an initial $100 minimum balance. Only commuter students are eligible for this plan.
All students may add Flex Dollars in increments of $25 any time throughout the semester in the Student Accounts Office. Unused Flex purchased in the fall semester will carry over to the spring semester. Unused Flex at the end of the academic year is non-refundable.
