Nikki Gresh, Administrator for Cumberland County Children and Youth Services, has worked in the human services field for more than 30 years. Beginning as an Independent Living Coordinator at the county, Nikki rose to the position of Administrator in 2015. Gresh is responsible for the department’s mission of providing professional services to protect the safety and welfare of our children, preserving and supporting families, and identifying a safe and permanent home for children who cannot remain in their living environment. As a licensed social worker, Nikki manages more than 100 employees who work to ensure the safety of our children. She also works collaboratively with the County’s Drug and Alcohol commission, MH.IDD, Juvenile Probation, Aging and Community Services, and criminal justice agencies to develop the means to effectively manage issues impacting youth services. In addition, Nikki serves on the Leadership Roundtable of the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts and the Pennsylvania Children and Youth Administrative Board since 2017 and is currently the President of the PCYA Board.
