Trond Harman earned his Doctor of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, PA. He earned his Master of Social Work with a concentration in Developmental Disabilities from Widener University in Chester, PA and his Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in coaching from Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, PA.

Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy and DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist II, Certified Psychological Autopsy Investigator
