Applications for the Fall 24 award are due March 1st.
- Letters of recommendation should be emailed to noyce@ship.edu. Letter writers should include the applicant's name in the subject line.
- Unofficial transcripts should be emailed to noyce@ship.edu. Please include your name in the subject line.
- Click here to fill out the demographics sheet. We are required to collect demographics as per the NSF. (Applications are scored based on the quality of the applicant, not their demographic.)
Important Dates:
Fall '24 Scholarship Award:
March 1: Applications are due for Fall 24 award.
April 1: Applicants will be contacted by this date if the scholarship committee will be interviewing them. Interview questions can be found here.
Last Monday in April: Scholarship committee will make a final decision about awards.
Spring '25 Scholarship Award:
October 1: Applications are due for Spring 24 award.
First Friday in November: Applicants will be contacted by this date if the scholarship committee will be interviewing them. Interview questions can be found here.
December 1: Scholarship committee will make a final decision about awards.
