Career, Mentoring, and Professional Development Center
The Career, Mentoring, and Professional Development Center (CMPD) provides career services support to first-year students, sophomores, juniors, seniors, graduate students, and alumni up to one year after graduation. Dean of Students
The Dean of Students Office houses several important services that support and enhance the learning environment at Shippensburg University. Our student services include new student orientation, drug and alcohol education, volunteer services, multicultural development and character education.
Graduate Student Association Board
The Graduate Student Association Board (GSAB) is the primary organization for graduate students at Shippensburg University. Simply by being enrolled as a graduate student at Shippensburg University, you’re a member and reap the benefits!
Office of Accessibility Resources
The Office of Accessibility Resources (OAR) coordinates accommodations and services for students with documented disabilities in compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. OAR works with other departments and university students to lay the foundation of equal educational access to otherwise qualified individuals.
The Pride Center offers a focal point in making the institution an inclusive and supportive environment for all university community members, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer students and their allies.

Speech and Communication Center
The Speech and Communication Center provides a wide array of academic support services with the mission of empowering student voices and helping them develop the fundamental communication skills needed to ensure success regardless of discipline.
Student Government Association
Student Government Association is the official governing body of all undergraduate students at Shippensburg University.
The Office for Student Retention focuses broadly on developing innovative, data driven approaches to improve retention across campus with the intention to offer interventions and services to students who need extra guidance and support.
The Veterans Services Office offers a variety of programs and assistance based services. The center is part of the university's continuing efforts to support student veterans and centralizes various support services.
The Women's Center advances the equality and empowerment of woman-identified students, faculty and staff. In line with the Shippensburg University Mission Statement, the Women's Center assists students in their personal, social and ethical development through educational programs, specialized resources, celebration of achievements by and for women, and the pursuit of social justice.
