Most exercises during this workout focus on using water resistance by walking laps in water, utilizing floatation devices for resistance, as well as an abundance of other water aerobics techniques to provide incredible workouts. The class has many benefits including fat burning, muscle building, increasing cardiovascular health, and so much more, all while being gentle on the joints.
