A fun and exciting twist on a spin class! This is an hour long class that will combine 30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of light/medium weights. Conditioning craze is the perfect way to combine cardio and strength training! If commitment is scary then this is the class for you!!”

A 30 minute ride with 30 minutes of muscle / strength conditioning workout that adopts a HIIT and a strength training style . It involves alternating periods of high and low intensity movements while using hand weights and bands to build lean muscle . During the workout , all major muscle groups are targeted.

Latin influenced dance style class that combines high energy moves and dance combinations that are designed to make your workout fun. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body. Music genres include reggae, pop, hip-hop, cumbia, merengue and more! No dancing experience is necessary.
