This is a basic Hatha yoga class, suitable for any level of experience. The instructors will focus on mindfulness, coordinating breath with movement, and practicing common yoga poses and sun salutations in a safe and beneficial way.

Latin influenced dance style class that combines high energy moves and dance combinations that are designed to make your workout fun. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body.
