Summer Financial Aid

You must complete the 2021/2022 FAFSA for summer 2022 and receive a valid Expected Family Contribution (EFC) prior to June 30, 2022.  You should also complete the 2022/2023 FAFSA for your fall semester which is the beginning of our next school year.

New students, after being accepted to Shippensburg, go to the admissions portal to activate your account. Once your account is activated, follow the instructions to view your financial aid offer or see if you have any missing documents we need to process your aid.

When your aid offer is ready to view, you will get an email that your aid award is ready to view on your myShip portal. Look for your aid notification email beginning in April.

Currently enrolled Shippensburg University students who have remaining loan eligibility and are interested in applying for aid for the summer semester should complete the summer loan application and read the important information here: /admissions/cost/summer/.
