Welcome to the College of Art & Sciences Advising Center. Our mission is to promote students’ academic excellence, regardless of their major status or college. We do this by providing:
- general academic advising support for all students
- intensive advising for students on academic probation or returning after dismissal
- academic success services such as individual coaching that will promote student success
- major exploration services for students who do not have a major or are considering a major change, including students in the Arts & Sciences general program
- coordination with faculty advisors to help support students in their majors
- resources and best practices for faculty advisors

Carla Kungl
Dr. Carla Kungl is an Associate Professor in the English Department, where she teaches writing, technical writing, and British Literature. She wants students to know that at the College of Arts & Sciences Advising Center (CASA), “your success is our success.”
