Management Essentials

This high-impact development program equips mid-level managers with the skills, tools, and insights they need to lead confidently, foster employee engagement, and drive operational success. Spanning ten interactive sessions, the program combines evidence-based models with real-world applications to help managers enhance their self-awareness, develop others, lead change, and achieve results.

This is an in-person series held at the Conference Center at Shippensburg University.

A networking lunch is included with all sessions.

*Want to sign up for both sessions on April 30th? No worries, these sessions do not overlap as lunch is served from 12 – 1 PM.

Pricing

  • $300 per session, if registering for individual sessions
  • $2700 for the complete series, if registering for entire series
