Earn your Bachelor’s and Master’s in 5 years
Shippensburg University offers a great opportunity for eligible students in certain disciplines to earn their bachelor’s and master’s degree in five years. The typical period of study for a bachelor’s and master’s degree is six years. The 4+1 accelerated program option allows motivated students to apply to the Graduate School in their junior year, and if admitted, take up to nine graduate credits in their senior year which will count toward both their undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Admission Requirements
- Must have earned at least 75 credits (junior year)
- Have an overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Submit a 4+1 application and meet with an academic advisor
- Submit supplemental application materials required by graduate program
