Print Shop

The Print Shop is equipped to handle duplication/copying of materials up to 11” x 17” in size. E-mail your file to printshop@ship.edu as an attachment along with the black/white or color copying request form. All submitted projects must include a cost center number.

Color posters up to 40” x 60” in size. 

• Large Format Print Request Form

For larger quantity printing (> 500 pieces), projects can be setup for traditional printing at a lower cost. E-mail printshop@ship.edu for assistance. This includes University stationery letterhead and envelopes.

The university provides business cards at no cost to current university employees. Order business cards.

The Print Shop also offers:

• Specialty binding (thermal tap, spiral comb and wire)
• Laminating (one sided—for pocket lamination, please contact Media Services)
• Self-serve copier (.01 per copy charged to your cost center)
• Mail merge (to print addresses directly on printed pieces like postcards and brochures)
