Robin has a Master’s of Business Administration and a M.A. in Higher Education Administration. Robin has been with the center since its opening in January 2007.
Georgina Cranston, Business Consultant

Georgina earned her BA from Indiana University and her MBA from Penn State. Her career path includes working as an educator and tutor at a private boarding school, owning her own tutoring company specializing in standardized test prep and most recently running a local chamber of commerce. Her experience as an educator, small business owner and chamber executive have made her a champion for small businesses.

Charles Haney has a BS in Environmental Resource Management and a MS in Environmental Science and Management. As an environmental consultant, his duties include assisting businesses with environmental compliance and energy efficiency.

Jen brings a unique blend of human resources, marketing, public affairs, and business management experience from the retail, manufacturing, insurance and non-profit sectors. Bruce earned his BA in Business Administration and MBA in Finance & International Business from the Jay S. Sidhu School of Business of Leadership at Wilkes University. Bruce most recently served as a Field Representative for a Member of the United States House of Representatives, acting as liaison to various levels of government, small businesses, and communities.

Lou received his education in business by owning 4 franchised businesses in 32 years. He wore many hats as a franchisee. He is experienced in Area Development licenses, Buy-sell agreements and has conducted training and education workshops in sales. His passion is in helping new entrepreneurs explore franchising as an option and existing franchisees figure out the playbook provided by the franchisors.

Katie has a BA degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She has experience in project management, banking and the real estate industry. In her role, Katie is managing website content, coordinating educational programs, budget coordination, reporting and providing support for the delivery of business consulting and technical assistance.

Wilbert earned a BS in Business Administration and Human Resource, an MBA in Finance, and an MS in Organizational Development. Wilbert has a diversified work experience of project management, auditing, operations management, human resource management, business analysis, strategic planning, risk and quality management, and financial management. As a member of Rotary International and the Chambers of Commerce, his passion is developing small businesses and providing humanitarian service.
