Reservations

The Ceddia Union Building houses a variety of meeting and event spaces available for student groups and university departments/committees to reserve. Check out our reservations page HERE to check out the available rooms and review our building policies. 

Notary Public

Shippensburg University Student Services Incorporated (SUSSI) offers the campus community (students, faculty, and staff only) notary services. Notary services are available Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM in the Student Government Association Office, CUB 201. If you have any questions, please call (717) 477-1651.

CUB Advertising

Great Wall

 The Ceddia Union Building offers digital advertising for clubs and organizations on campus. You can submit your flyer to the screens here: Great Wall Digital Advertising Form

You will need to submit a different form for each flyer you have. Please note, we will only accept vertical documents (the same as the great wall posters). Also, you must submit documents in either .jpg, .png, .gif, or .MP4 files. Please note, this process is only to be used for the 4 screens in the CUB on great wall. For other digital signage around campus, please continue to submit as you have previously.

The Project Center is still available for clubs and organizations who would like a physical poster printed to use during their events. That form can be found via ShipLink here.

Digital Signage

The Ceddia Union Building offers digital advertising space throughout the building on LCD monitors. It is an informational display only used to advertise campus wide events. To get your information on Digital Signage in enough time to properly advertise, please adhere to the policies and guidelines listed here: Policies and Procedures. For more assistance, please visit the Digital Signage website  for helpful tips and tutorials. 

Once you have created your advertisement, please email cubsigns@ship.edu to get it submitted.
