Alumni Admissions Program – Help us recruit great students. Work alongside our admissions team and attend college fairs at your local high school/hometown.
Alumni Knowledge Expert – Share knowledge on topics and interests. Your expertise in subject matter from industry-related topics, to finance, hobbies, and current events can be of great value. Please share your subject matter in optional below.
Alumni Leadership – Apply to serve on the Alumni Board of Directors.
Events – Assist at Homecoming, Alumni Weekend, or other on-campus signature events.
Experiential Learning – Provide an internship for a student.
Host a Job Shadow – Host a one-day to multi-day job shadow experience for a student.
Mentoring – Stay informed of mentoring opportunities (such as meet & greets, network programs and alumni discussion panels). Create a mentor/mentee partnership.
Offer Insight & Experience – Share knowledge with students as a guest speaker in a class or for a club/organization. Participate in guest panel discussions.
Performing Arts Center – Be an usher; check coats; take tickets; or greet ticket holders with programs at the H.Ric Luhrs Performing Arts Center.
Plan an Alumni Outing – Volunteer to host an alumni gathering.
Represent Ship at Recruitment Events on Campus – Who best to promote Ship! Volunteer at Open House Programs on campus or at Admitted Student Days.
