About Ashley Loper

Adecorativeshley Loper '14 was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania and graduated from Shippensburg University with a dual bachelor’s degree in personal financial planning and marketing, as well as a minor in Spanish. Ashley graduated with her Master of Business Administration in 2019 from West Texas A&M University. She was appointed to the Shippensburg Council of Trustees by Governor Josh Shapiro in November 2023. She is currently a Senior Manager of Commercial Value Creation for the Hershey Company and has also worked in Hershey’s Pricing Strategy, Trade Strategy and Sales Finance Teams.

In her current role, she is responsible for finding and delivering profitable strategic growth to maximize revenue, margin, and ROI. She focuses mainly on optimizing pricing, trade investments, customer investments, and commercial decision-making across brands, channels, and pack types to improve both top-line growth and operating income by ensuring Hershey invests in the highest-return opportunities across the business. Loper has also previously worked for PFM, Asset Management focused on investing for Pennsylvania local governments and school districts.

She is actively involved with the Tim Tebow Foundation’s Night to Shine, volunteering with individuals with special needs and also leads the middle school girl’s ministry at her church, LCBC, in Mechanicsburg, PA.
