Ashley Loper ’14
Secretary, Council of Trustees
Ashley Loper ’14 is Senior Manager of Commercial Value Creation for The Hershey Company, where her work focuses on strategic growth, pricing, commercial investment, and business performance. During her career with Hershey, she has also held positions in pricing strategy, trade strategy, and sales finance.
Prior to joining Hershey, Loper worked with PFM Asset Management, supporting investment services for Pennsylvania local governments and school districts. She is also active in community service, including volunteer work with the Tim Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine program.
Loper earned dual bachelor's degrees in personal financial planning and marketing, with a minor in Spanish, from Shippensburg University in 2014. She earned a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University in 2019. Loper was appointed to the Shippensburg University Council of Trustees in 2023 and currently serves as Secretary.
