Bryan Lowe ’08-’17M

Bryan Lowe ’08-’17M is Director of State Government Relations for Cardinal Health, where he leads engagement with state legislatures and government officials across the United States. His career has focused on government relations, public policy, health care, and higher education advocacy.
Before joining Cardinal Health, Lowe served as Regional Director of State Government Affairs for Walgreens and Senior Director of State Government Affairs for the Healthcare Distribution Alliance. Earlier in his career, he worked with Greenlee Partners in Harrisburg and served as a Government Relations Associate for the Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges.
Lowe earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Shippensburg University in 2008 and a Master of Public Administration from Shippensburg in 2017. As a student, he was active in club roller hockey and helped lead the team to three national championship tournament appearances. Lowe was appointed to the Shippensburg University Council of Trustees in 2018.
